Setha Ironcrust is a 'Community Leader' and a man of standing amongst the Dwarves of Ankh-Morpork. He owns a chain of bakeries ("Ironcrusts - T' Bread Wi' T' Edge" [a parody of Roundworld's Allinson's Bread Wi' Nowt Taken Out]), and he has - or his products have - appeared in many of the novels.

Setha was the father of Gunder Ironcrust, who was killed by Deep-Downers once they had found the Cube they were looking for in Ankh-Morpork. Killed by an axe. Setha appealed directly to Sam Vimes for the perpetrators to be found and killed in Thud!.
