You don't think that Wizards' candles dribble and gutter so wonderfully well on their own do you? Normal candles all dribble one way - i.e. whichever way the wind's blowing. In order to get that de rigeur wizard's candle look requires a very skilled dribbler indeed. Mr Nutt seems to be rather good at it. Are we surprised?
